Lunch break at work...

We are still plugging away!  Lentil is growing continuously at a rate of 1oz/day, so we seem to be right on track!  We were caught in the act for our lunch break at work!

  1. Awesome that you can bring him and tend to him at work. I know that can't be easy to do. So glad that your work is flexible with his needs and that is growing so strong everyday! Please let the community know if you need anything to hep keep you and that precious little man sane! Sending you mad LOVE for the little guy and mad RESPECT to you and all you have taken on! We will all be watching and sending love!

    1. I actually own a dog/cat boutique (Chic Petique) and an all breed dog rescue (street Tails Animal Rescue), so I am very blessed that I can bring him! I wouldn't have been able to commit to helping FBRN if I had to leave him behind. He requires 24hr care. I think the longest I was away from him was when we were at Cornell and the Doctors had him in the back! Talk about separation anxiety!!

    2. Did you get a chance to read my post about Keepsake? The puppy up here in Canada that was born with a cleft palette? I posted it on Making every day the best day ever!! She can be found on facebook as Treeline's Keepsake, it is another inspirational story of a family and a puppy that wouldn't give up. I made Kali (Keepsake's new name) family aware of Lentil's story and is open to any questions or even just to hear Keepsakes story.
